Starting this movement, all I really wanted was for God to get the glory out of my obedience this time. I had a bad habit of ignoring God if it meant I had to be uncomfortable (I know... just horrible). But in spite of my stubborn past, He gave me this crazy idea, and I simply said 'Yes, I'll do it,' and He's been blowing my mind ever since!

Right before the birth of The Prayer Movement in 2016, I had gone through a series of bad relationships leaving me broken and exhausted. I found myself in a place of complete confusion and emptiness that I, unfortunately, was all too familiar with. But, it was in that season of my life that brought me to my knees. It was then that I had realized God wanted all of me – including my brokenness – and the only way I could be rebuilt and restored was to talk things out with Him, and wait for His response to me. And, I'm so grateful that He did!

I remember sitting in church service one day and suddenly feeling this immediate “download” of visions and ideas from God. I saw people, young and old, wearing clothing offering prayer and help to others. What surprised me most was just how bold they were. I saw people going into broken neighborhoods, bringing hope and encouragement, and freely allowing God to work through them producing this huge chain effect of prayer. I saw a movement. The feeling I had was so strong that I can remember tears streaming down my face as I sat in my seat. I didn’t know how I was going to make that vision happen, but I trusted God enough to know that He’d walk me through the process. And, He has done just that and more.

As God continues to use me throughout this journey, my hope and personal prayer is that more and more people will be reminded of just how powerful prayer is, and that no matter where they are in life or what they've gone through, God hears our hearts.

So if you've made it to the end of this message, thanks so much for reading!!! I hope that this has encouraged you in some way to continue to pursue a beautiful, authentic, and unique relationship with Christ. As you give Him your broken pieces, I promise that He'll turn them into a masterpiece! He's done it so many times in my life, and I have no doubt that He'll do the same for yours.

Love you guys!!

Take Care & God Bless,
